Welcome to the Phantom Serteen website. Phantom Serteen is
a community service program with the Palmyra Middle School. We do many different community service projects from The 4 Diamonds
Christmas party for cancer Patients to raising money for charites! That is a little bit about what the Phantom Serteen does.
